The story of the man closest to Christ is the first feature film ever produced on the story of St. Joseph – carpenter, husband of Mary and the chosen father of Jesus Christ. This movie will carry the viewer back in time 2,000 years to the dusty little town of Nazareth for a glimpse inside the life of the “just man” Joseph, guardian of the Redeemer, protector of the Holy Family. Although not a single word of Joseph’s was ever written, through the artistic creativity of the writers, viewers will have the opportunity to personally come to know this humble man who struggled to understand the profound mysteries of the divine conception, virgin birth and the Incarnation of the Son of God, and the incredible challenges of protecting and raising Jesus amidst the threats on His life from the moment of His birth.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gather for fellowship, entertainment, refreshments, and to be moved by the incredible story of Joseph of Nazareth!
This movie is suitable for all audiences. Most appropriate for adults and children 10 and up. There will be a free-will offering.
